Models by default come unassembled and unprimed. Due to the nature of the printing process, there may be small imperfections that require
gap-filling, sanding and cleanup. Larger errors will be corrected before shipping, either by sanding or the use of putty.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. I will contact you via email if processing time requires extension.

Orders containing both print-to-order and ready-made items will ship once print-to-order processing is complete.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location; please note that clients are responsible for customs/import fees that may apply for their country.

Sketch Sauce is located within the United States.

If any part of your order breaks in transit, please send photos with your request for replacement, and I will happily replace items at no cost! I will pay for shipping for the replacement item for US customers only, though one-way shipping for International replacement items will need to be paid by the customer.

Please note that resin prints are not toys, and may be fragile. Please handle with care.
