All commission requests will be approved at my discretion. I retain the right to refuse or not move forward with any request for any reason, and am not obligated to provide an explanation for that reason.

If applicable, you must provide the toy to be customized, either by shipping the base toy, or providing a link where the base toy can be purchased.

After the details of the commission are approved and work has begun I may notify you via email of any questions, limitations or notes for you to review.

I will send you one or more images of either a digital or physical paint mock-up of the toy or mini. This stage shows the general concept and/or color palette that will be present in the completed work.

Upon your approval of the mock-up, I will move on to polished paints.

Depending on the complexity of the piece and outstanding factors, the entire process may range from 1 to 3 months from receipt of the first invoice to completion.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise that will impact the delivery date, I will notify you ASAP.

Delivery times for physically mailed products may vary depending on your location; please note that clients are responsible for customs/import
fees that may apply for their country.

Sketch Sauce is located within the United States.

Price is quoted on a case-by-case basis, based on factors such as the size of the toy, complexity of the design, scope of the project, and turnaround time requirements.

A minimum of 50% of the quoted price is due upfront. The remaining payment is due upon completion of the project. The commission will ship once the full cost has been paid.

Payment will be paid via invoice sent by myself; do not send payment through other means or prior to receipt of the invoice.

You may request up to two rounds of revisions at the mock-up stage. Further rounds of revisions are subject to additional fees.

I may request permission from clients to share images of your project for marketing and portfolio purposes, but you are not obligated to accept.

Commissions and custom orders are for personal use only.

You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.

Credits and/or links to Sketch Sauce would be much appreciated when you share images of your commission online.

If you find yourself needing to cancel a commission for whatever reason, you do not need to provide an explanation and may do so at any time.

If you cancel prior to mock-up approval, you will receive a full refund on your first invoice.*

If you cancel after the mock-up has been approved, you will not receive a refund on your first invoice, but will not be required to pay any additional costs.*

*Minus return shipping costs of base toys, if applicable.

Refunds are not available after delivery of the final product.

If you need to cancel an order, please allow me to issue you a refund. Chargebacks through your bank or via PayPal will be declined and refuted, referencing this Terms of Service and your agreement of the terms.
